Fancy Master, which has an ergonomic and easy to use construction, is designed to work efficiently with its structure that allows maximum 60 wire thread passes with plc controlled movable arm in desired report size lengths
It provides the opportunity to create a soiling pattern and ground pattern color on the yarn and to get different effects on the yarn.
It is designed for high efficiency operation with special software and panel design that enables the super nozzle sets to open multiple times within seconds with special electromechanical valves. The system, which is integrated with a 400-rpm rotary spray system with 16 nozzles, 1 to 16 nozzles that can be operated individually, has been specially designed to achieve the desired dot effects on the yarn.
There is an automatic controlled cooling system in the dye tank and a mixer to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Dye Reservoirs are specially designed in a different form to prevent dye spillages.
The desired dyeing pressure is provided with the help of the relief valve with the high efficiency stainless pumps with double-stage 4 bar 75 L / min. capacity.
The machine dyeing units have an automatic timed rotary washing system in order to wash the reservoir in the upper reservoir.
The top covers of the dye hoppers are equipped with a pneumatically controlled system in order to facilitate the yarn passages.
The front main cover system of the machine is designed so that it can be safely opened vertically with the pneumatic system.
The automatic level-controlled painting tank, which has a self-washing system that allows the use of a 250-liter bath, provides high-capacity single color dyeing.
By special PLC and screen software, it provides the opportunity to enter and monitor the desired report sizes with an easy interface suitable for operator use. Recipes can be backed up with the help of USB or stored in the encrypted locker. 17 “Multitouch I5 4200 U 8 GB ram 128 GB SSD Wifi Windows 10 Pro Industrial PC was used for software and control.
In terms of work safety, the operator walkway is designed to be detachable from special composite material.
